Forgotten passwords: use the Forgot Password functionality on the log in page of the CAS.

New accounts: new accounts can be made on the log in page of the CAS. Once you have created an account, the account will need to be approved by your IMS Data Analyst. Please email the mailbox to do so.

Locked accounts: please email the IMS Mailbox and we shall unlock your account and reset your password.

We aim to deal with queries within 48 hours.

In case of Lost Password or System issues

As well as the automatic password reset situated on the login screen of the system you can contact the dedicated help desk who can help unlock accounts and reset passwords immediately.

When reporting problems with the system by email please copy your Data Analyst into these emails as they will need to be informed of any issues you may be having.
